Using your webcam online
Love Photo Booth in Mac OS X but don’t have the money to buy a Mac? Fret not! Here are two websites that mimics Photo Booth… online!
- sigost.com - A really simple and easy to use ‘photo booth’. Just choose a colour or an effect (or both), pose and hit the cheese. Like it? Type in a name and click add (Which adds it into the public gallery). Don’t like it? Discard it. Want to download it? Click on your picture, then hit download. Easy.
- Cameroid - Much more filters and effects here, but you can’t use both simultaneously at any one time (unlike sigost.com). But to make up for that, there are two extra features, Scenes and Frames, which lets you add a border around the picture. Once you have decided on one, snap a picture, then you can easily save it into the public gallery, download it, print it or discard it.
